An Instructional DVD by Peachysteve
The drop through is a move which employs the pass behind the back.
In order for this move to work you need a hoop large enough for you to fold yourself through.
|I'm hooping on my waist in a clockwise direction.
I'm waiting for the space to come to the front.
|As soon as the space appears I bend at the waist
Dropping my body into the space.
|My hand (hand one)is already curled upward ready for the hoop.
The hoop can't press against my body so it starts to slide across my back.
|The hoop slides into my upturned hand and I take hold.
|You can see that more clearly here.
|As soon as you have the hoop in your hand
pass it behind your back into your other hand
|Once you have the hoop with hand two, straigten up and go to overhead circles.
