The foot hook is a very simple move.
You can go into it from Outside Circles or any other move with a carry at the front.
It's a move just for Leg One and can be done continuously.
|Starting from Outside Circles.
I dip my toes into the hoop at the front.
|I let go with hand two
and carry the hoop around my leg with my foot.
I then reach back to take the hoop with palm facing forward.
I can go back into outside circles
or straight into another foot hook.
